Experience working on the following types of architecture;

residential, from extensions to 24 storey blocks of flats,

office, from renovation to multi building developments,

hotel, renovation and redesign of large central London hotel,

healthcare, multi departmental general hospitals,

retail, from unit in Chester to major out of town development,

sports, swimming incorporating facility for temporary expansion,

energy generation, small scale hydro-electric in Victorian mills.

Experience working at the following architectural stages;

conceptual design with structure, services, and cost analysis,

design refinement leading to ‘Planning Application’,

production information leading to a ‘Building Regulations’ application,

tender documentation and assessment of returns,

administering the contract and making final inspections.
