Experience

For the last ten years Seth Handley has been running his own architectural practice undertaking residential work with a specialist interest in obtaining planning permission for difficult schemes including obtaining planning for a development which involved a change of use, additional floor, three new residential units, one duplex and a new chalet style house on brown field site in Wimbledon.  Prior to this Seth worked on a commercial project and ran two large scale residential developments for twice Stirling Prize winning practice.  Prior to this Seth was a senior architect working with Pritzker award winning architect on the Olympic swimming venue, London.   Seth worked on a well known London Hotel with RIBA regional award winner.  After qualifying as an architect Seth worked for ten years in a medium sized commercial architectural practice in London on commercial and residential projects.
